3). Als het bij de vervoerder ligt dan heb ik begrip voor de vertraging. Echter is mijn ervaring, ook tijdens drukte, dat de aanmelding bij PostNL vrijwel direct door hen bij mij binnenkomt ook in de app. Dank alvast voor de gedane moeite. 2). Update: bericht van de klantenservice: Naar verluidt stagnatie bij PostNL We wachten af 1). De belofte vóór 17:30 besteld, morgen in huis helaas niet waargemaakt. Geen reactie op telefoon, mail en webformulier. Zeer teleurstellend, nu met een gedemonteerde wasmachine op zijn kant in de badkamer. Geen aanrader.
