Product OK, aflevering helaas niet
Het punt van online bestellen en extra bijbetalen voor thuislevering is dat het product ook effectief thuis wordt afgeleverd. Als dan niet eens de moeite gedaan wordt om het aan te bieden op het gevraagde adres en ik voor de levering thuis ben gebleven, vraag ik me af wat de toegevoegde waarde is van online bestellen.

Niet telefonisch bereikbaar# veel talen en weinig actie. Onderdeel paste niet op het toestel- terwijl dat volgens hun wel zou moeten. Retourlabel sturen duurt erg lang ,om hun item retour te sturen zodat ze iemand anders er een plezier mee kunnen doen.
